i got all dolled up tonight to go to my friend Christina’s Birthday and visit some friends. it was great, i hung out with kari, travis, greg and saw my friends sean and Diana and Lisa and Holly again, i haven’t seen some of them in like 10 years…
it was a pretty good night…a little strange..but good.
and it was nice to get dolled up for something

23/365 – Wooooo we got our house for next year wooooo!
Much better today. I was planning to miss the viewing of the house at 1.00pm due to conflicting lectures, but the guys realised that we needed to look serious if we were going to get the place. I had to miss a film lecture and leave halfway through a Java seminar, but I’ll catch up.
It turned out we were viewing the house with eight other groups, so it was a little crowded, but the place looked great, much better than the one the other day. Double Glazing, electric shower, nice furniature etc.
We literally raced down to Caxtons (Jason and I shouting ‘It’s go time!" at Dan, driving), and ran the rest of the way while Dan parked. When we got there it turned out they were closed for another hour, but we were noted down as the first to arrive, and the house was ours!
Two girls who had looked around the house with us turned up about 2 minutes after us, I felt kind of bad for them, but we’ve already been screwed out of 2 houses in the last week. By girls.
The photo was taken just before we went in to sign some papers to make it official. It was a great relief.
