Kipp presented a few choices to the birthday girl as to what she wanted to do that evening. One of them was to walk to a bar that was supposedly a "0.4 miles away" and get shots at midnight. That was the option she chose. Well, turns out, it was waaaaay more than a half mile. 1.04 miles means it was 2.6X the expected walking, which was already past the limit Clint would even consider — He only begrudgingly went when everyone else did, despite subconsciously knowing better from past experiences. The parking lot makes it look small enough, but it was still a 35-minute walk!

To top it off, when we finally got to the bar, we discovered that it had gone out of business a couple of weeks before. Uhhh… It’s always best to call ahead before wasting time. Especially an entire party. We walked across the parking lot searching for another bar, but there was none. Since it was a pretty large group, it was pretty spread out. But rather than waiting for everyone to catch up and regroup, Kipp & Casey kept on walking across the parking lot doing who-knows-what. They ended up taking one of Kipp’s famous "shortcuts" that was actually even longer than the original way. To date, Kipp shortcuts of cumulatively wasted more time than they have saved — just ask the skiiers. We were like, "What’s going on? Where are Kipp & Casey going?" The rest of the group didn’t seem to know either, because the supposed leader did not even tell anybody where he was going or what was going on.

We were all abandoned, so we finally decided to walk back to Kipp’s, since that’s where our cars were. Calling a taxi was debated. We also weren’t sure which house to take when going back into the woods, because everyone expected Kipp to not abandon us, and people were drinking and not necessarliy paying attention to where we emerged from the woods. It became an issue of debate and anxiety.

Also, our fearless leader took our only flashlight, so we had braved the woods — complete with foot bridge — using only cell-phone lights. This was hard, because there were fewer cell phones than people.

When we got back, the entire party waited for Kipp & Casey to return, but they never did. One by one, people eventually gave up left — After all, nobody was too drunk to drive after **70 MINUTES** of walking. I was actually unable to speak during a lot of the walk, because I was more or less out of breath the entire time, trying to keep up with the group.

This was to date in the top 5 most effective killings of good times that I have ever seen in my life. Speaking from experience, cops coming to a party twice are wayyyy less of a damper than this was. So, not counting the 70 minute hike, the party ended well before midnite. Counting it, people didn’t leave until after 1AM.

Couldn’t think of a better title suited for this photo…I think I over did the processing but it’s ok….I slighty added some colors but I still prefer the black and white…

Anyways, I went to the playground yesterday just to take some photos for my project 365. It was hot that day but I manage to get some decent photos. It sure would be fun to be a kid again. Nothing to worry about except getting in trouble by parents. Being in a kid is fun but eventually we have to grow up. Gosh! being in an adult can be stressful at times because you have so much responsibilties; but’s all good….

1.I love singing and playing guitar. I started singing when I was in middle school and I started playing guitar when I attended youth group.

2.My best feature is my hair. Believe it or not I take longer fixing my hair than taking a shower. I've been known from my friends for having the craziest hairstyles…lol

3.Speaking of shower. On the school days, I shower for like 5 mins and on weekdays I showering as long as I want…lol.

4.I randomly dance in public places such as gas station, mall, or at church for no odd reason. I guess I'm in a good mood. Lol…

5.I never got a speeding ticket for 5 years now since I got my license. I'm a fast driver and I have a need for speed. If the traffic light is about to turn red, I still catch or speed up to beat it. Whenever I see a cop car in front of me, I cut in front of him but I do it politely. Psssshhhhh don't tell anybody about this…

6.I tend to laugh out loud inside the movie theater because I have a big mouth.

7. I can't swim and even thought I live in a small island. I still can't swim….I sink like a rock…

8. I tend to use pick up lines as a joke to make the ladies laugh not to actually hook up. Because pick up lines are funny and cheezzy…haha I'm weird like that..

9. From Facebook to Myspace….My status says I'm "In a relationship" but in reality I'm single but I love being single. I haven't had a serious relationship for about nine years now; but I am courting this girl whom I love for such a long time now. I believe she's worth waiting for…=)

10. I'm a Jesus freak who loves God. Believe it or not, I haven't miss Sunday church for like 5 years now. I owe my life to God….
