During his Emmy-award winning performance, Kill the Messenger, Chris Rock had a hilarious bit on the differences between men and women. He sums it up succinctly:
Women cannot go backwards in lifestyle. Men cannot go backwards sexually.
An example he uses for women is the first time they get into a nice, warm car after clubbing, waving bye to their friends who are waiting for the bus in the cold. After that, they can't be with a man who doesn't have a car, or as Rock puts it, "That's how the fuck you roll for the rest of your life". This extends to guys with their own places, then guys who take them on vacation.
On men, he says, "Once we get the sex we like, that's how the fuck we roll. I like my coffee like this, I like my steak like this, and I like to fuck like this…Ladies, don't get mad at us. Get mad at our ex-girlfriends. She's the one that [sic] spoiled it for everybody" because if your ex-girlfriend licks your ass, you expect your current girlfriend to do the same.
For me, the same is true for girls in general, but not just in these aspects. I can't be with a girl who refuses to try exotic foods or refuses to give unconventional music a chance, who wouldn't recognize the effort I put into my presents, who wouldn't cherish the love and affection I give, who wouldn't understand me, or wouldn't laugh at my stupid jokes, because I've been with girls who are a combination of open-minded, appreciative, romantic, on the same wavelength as me, and actually find me funny (when not completely awkward).
That’s why this entire idea scares me.
I know most people get more flexible on things about their mates as they head towards (or beyond) the marrying age but I seem to be moving the opposite direction. Each girl I've been with has been an improvement over the last. Now the bar has been raised so damn high I don't think I'll ever get there again, and I'd rather be alone than compromise or settle.
My standards are getting higher, and I can't go back.

A Florida woman who gave a judge the middle-finger at a bond hearing on Monday got a judicial thumbs-down in return: 30 days in jail.
Penelope Soto, 18, was sentenced to nearly a month behind bars for contempt of court after she flipped off Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat.
Soto, who had been arrested for illegal possession of Xanax, was apparently indignant after Rodriguez-Chomat raised her bond from ,000 to ,000.
But even before Soto gave Rodriguez-Chomat the one-finger salute, they weren’t exactly seeing eye-to-eye. Earlier in the hearing, Soto laughed at the judge after he asked her how much her jewelry was worth.
"It’s not a joke," he is seen saying in video recorded in the courtroom (above). "You know, we’re not in a club right now. We are not in a club. Be serious about it."
"I’m serious about it. You just made me laugh," Soto responds. "I apologize. It’s worth a lot of money."
The judge still wanted to know: How much money?
"Like Rick Ross [money]," Soto replied, referencing to blinged-out South Florida hip-hop star. "It’s worth money."
But the reference was lost on Rodriguez-Chomat, who asked Soto if she’d taken any drugs in the past day.
"Actually, no," Soto said.
Rodriguez-Chomat set Soto’s bond at ,000, sending her off with a wry "bye-bye."
"Adios," Soto replied with a laugh.
But the annoyed judge asked her to return to the stand and promptly reset her bond at ,000 — much to Soto’s surprise.
"Are you serious?" Soto asked incredulously.
"I am serious," he replied. "Adios."
It’s then that Soto gave Rodriguez-Chomat the finger, throwing in an expletive, for good measure. That’s when the judge slapped Soto with a 30-day jail sentence.
Of course, not all birds are created equal. In May 2006, a New York man, John Swartz, was arrested for disorderly conduct after he flipped off a police officer. But last month, a federal appeals court overturned a lower-court decision holding that giving a cop the middle-finger warrants arrest.
The middle-finger, the 2nd U.S. Circuit Circuit Appeals wrote in their decision, is an "ancient gesture of insult" and "is not the basis for a reasonable suspicious of a traffic violation or impending criminal activity."
Swartz’s lawyer, Elmer Robert Keach III, praised the court’s decision as an "important victory for civil rights."
"It reaffirms that just because you insult a police officer [it] doesn’t give that police officer the right to detain you or arrest you and take away your liberty," Keach told the Associated Press.

…..item 4a)…. 'Did You Say 'F**k Me?' Judge Sentences Florida Teen To 30 Days In Jail For Cursing At Him … Mediaite …. www.mediaite.com …

18-year-old Penelope Soto taught an important lesson to millions of young Americans when she was called before a Florida judge yesterday on a drug possession charge. Soto laughed when the judge asked if she had consumed any drugs in the last 24 hours and then said "adios" after he set her bail at ,000. She stopped laughing when he asked her to return and raised the bond to ,000.
"Are you serious?" Soto asked. The judge replied, "I am serious. Adios."
At that point, Soto apparently gave the judge the finger and shouted an expletive at him. He then asked Soto point blank, "Did you say 'fuck me'?" When she said she did, he found her in criminal contempt of court and sentenced her to 30 days in a county jail.

Penelope Soto, Miami Teen, Flips Off Judge And Gets A Month In Jail or 10,000$ Bail
Miami – Have we learned nothing from Lindsey Lohan? A South Miami-Dade teen who had the audacity to taunt a judge now has a month to think it over.
18-year-old Penelope Soto appeared in bond court Monday, charged with possessing bars of Xanax, but things got worse when she flipped the judge the bird.
According to Local 10, the teen was arrested Sunday evening after telling police she crashed her bike while high on the prescription drug.
A giggly Soto approached the bench to hear the charges. NBC6 reports that when Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat asked the girl if she was high, she responded, "Actually, no."
After bond was set at ,000, Soto told the judge "Adios," a remark which rubbed Rodriguez-Chomat the wrong way — and led him to double her bail.
"Are you serious?" remarked a shocked Soto.
"I am serious! ‘Adios!’" replied the judge.
Then as Soto was leaving, she flipped off the judge, leading him to call her back to the stand.
"Did you say, fuck me?" asked Rodriguez-Chomat.
"Yes sir, I did," Soto responded.
The judge then remanded her to 30 days in jail for contempt of court, in addition to the original charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

A cranky Florida teenager, upset over getting arrested for drug possession, lashed out at a Miami judge during her bond hearing Monday, flipping him the bird and earning a 30-day sentence for contempt in the process.
Penelope Soto, who had been arrested for having Xanax and was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, was brought before Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat on Monday.
The stern jurist asked the 18-year-old Soto, who was wearing an orange jail jumpsuit, about her assets, probing into how much her jewelry was worth, according to NBCMiami.com.
Soto, who had been laughing and smiling through the hearing, chuckled at the question.

"Are you serious," the now-shocked Soto said.
"I am serious," Rodriguez-Chomat said, prompting Soto to walk away and deliver him a blatant rebuke.
She flipped her middle finger up in the air and yelled, "f— you," to the jurist.
Rodriguez-Chomat, now shocked himself, called her back to the bench again and gave her a 30-day sentence for contempt of court.
The sentence, which will give Soto plenty of time to think about the mistake, was to begin immediately.

Wah wah – my feet are cold. I don’t want to stand around at the base of a waterfall in the frozen snow while you take pictures of a waterfall.
Cripes, kid, I gave you life!
Just kidding, of course I packed up my crap and took her back to the car, where she held her bare feet up to the super-warm heater in the honda car.
